Landlords in West of England are offering free rent in return for intercourse, an investigation from BBC Inner Out West has chanced on.
The Ministry of Justice says right here is illegal and even inserting an advert is breaking the legislation and can lead to a seven 300 and sixty five days jail term.
However the BBC chanced on examples of adverts on-line and met some of these that had positioned them.
